प्रेग्नेंसी टेस्ट कशी करावी ? हा प्रश्न तुम्ही समजा घरातल्या आजींना विचारला तर त्या म्हणतील टेस्ट करायची गरजच काय आहे , थोड्या दिवसांनी उलट्या सुरु होतील आणि मग कळून जाईल. टीव्ही वर प्रेग्नेंसी म्हणजे उलट्या होणं हे बघून सवय झाली आहे त्यामुळे प्रेग्नेंसी म्हणजे उलट्या येणे असे आपल्याला वाटते . पण हे सगळ्यांच्याच बाबतीत खरं नास्त , तर काही स्त्रियांना प्रेग्नेंसी मध्ये उलट्या होत नाही तर काहींना होतात. तर उलट्या होणं हि प्रेग्नेंसी ची टेस्ट नाही .
तर जाणून घेऊया प्रेग्नेंसी टेस्ट कशी करावी ? (How to test pregnancy)
Test 1 : Urine Pregnancy Test (UPT )
सगळ्यात common pregnancy test म्हणजे Urine Pregnancy Test किव्हा UPT . ह्या टेस्ट च्या बऱ्याच brands बाजारात उपलब्द आहेत . हि टेस्ट सोपी असते आणि हि घरीच केली जाते (Home pregnancy test kit). हि Test kit (urine pregnancy test kit) फार्मसीमध्ये उपलब्द असते . हि टेस्ट urine मधल्या HCG (Human chorionic gonadotropin) तपासणी करते . जेव्हा period miss होतात किव्हा मासिक पाळी चुकते तेव्हा हि टेस्ट करावी सकाळी उठल्या जे urine च पहिला sample आहे त्यामध्ये हि test करावी. हि टेस्ट negative आली तर ४८ तासांनी परत repeat करता येते ज्यामुळे टेस्ट चा accuracy rate वाढतो . टेस्ट positive आली तर आपण आपल्या gynaecologist शी consult केल पाहिजे .
Test 2: Blood Test for pregnancy- Beta hCG test
जशी UPT टेस्ट missed period नंतर केली जाते, blood test हि missed period च्या आधी आणि नंतर पण केली जाऊ शकते. LMP (Last menstrual period ) म्हणजे शेवटची येऊन गेलेल्या period चा पहिला दिवस. हि blood test LMP नंतर तीन आठवड्यात करू शकतात आणि ती ३ आठवड्यात positive येऊ शकते. Period च्या due date च्या १० दिवस आधी हि टेस्ट pregnancy confirm करू शकते . हि टेस्ट डॉक्टरांच्या सल्ल्याने करावी , ह्या टेस्ट साठी fasting करण्याची गरज नाही , हि टेस्ट दिवसभरात कधी हि करू शकता.
Test 3: Ultrasound Sonography Test i.e. USG
ह्या टेस्ट मध्ये लगेच दिसून जात कि तुम्ही प्रेग्नन्ट आहात . हि १००% accurate टेस्ट आहे . हि टेस्ट LMP च्या साडेचार आठवड्यामध्ये positive येऊ शकते . बहुतेक gynaecologist हि टेस्ट ६व्या आठवड्यात करण्याचा सल्ला देतात. ह्या टेस्ट मध्ये बाळाचे heartbeat सुद्दा ऐकू शकता .
