प्रेग्नंन्सीमध्ये काय काय करू शकता ? (Do’s in Pregnancy )

  1. Follow your regular routine – आपला routine व्यवस्थित ठेवा . प्रेग्नन्सी मध्ये active राह. आपण जी रोज काम करतो ती करत राहा
  2. Maintain well balanced & nutritious Diet – प्रेग्नंसी मध्ये काय , कसं आणि कधी खाल्लं पाहिजे , ह्यावर लक्ष द्या . ह्या वेळी Iron , calcium , Minerals , proteins , vitamins आणि पाणी ह्या सगळ्या गोष्टींची गरज असते आणि हे तुम्ही आहारातून मिळवल तर ते सगळ्यात चांगला आहे .
  3. Exercise – Physiotherapist च्या सल्ल्याने तुमचे रोजचे व्यायाम चालू ठेऊ शकता . तुम्ही थोडंसं walking , antenatal stretches , antenatal yoga करू शकता .
  4. Consult your gynaecologist – Period miss झाल्यानंतर लवकरात लवकर तुमच्या डॉक्टरांना भेटा , ते सांगतील ते सल्ला पाळा , blood test करा आणि sonography चे dates पाळा.
  5. Continue your professional work during pregnancy – तुम्ही Job करत असाल तर ते चालू ठेवा . थोडे lifestyle मध्ये बदल केले तर तुम्ही अगदी शेवट पर्यन्त काम करू शकता. जर तुमची pregnancy complicated असली तरच थांबवा .
  6. Regular Dental checkup – प्रेग्नन्सीमध्ये dental problems उद्बवतात तर त्याच्या आधीच आपण काळजी घेतली तर जास्त फायद्याचं असेल .
  7. Traveling during pregnancy – प्रेग्नंन्सीमुळे फिरणं बंद करण्याची आवश्यकता नाही . आपण काळजी घेतली तर हे सर्व काही शक्य आहे .
  8. Eating fruits during pregnancy – तुम्ही कुठल्याही प्रकारची फळे खाऊ शकतात.
  9. Sex during pregnancy – गर्भनिरोध (Contraception’s) वापरले तरी इन्फेकशन्स prevent करण्यात मदत होते. Pregnancy मध्ये तुम्ही आपली sexual life आहेतशीच चालू ठेऊ शकता

प्रेग्नन्सीमध्ये काय टाळा (Don’ts in Pregnancy)

  1. Consumption of unhealthy food – रस्त्यावर मिळणारे खाद्य, न शिजवलेले अन्न खाऊ नका .
  2. Consumption of coffee or tea – खूप जास्त चहा किव्हा कॉफी वर्ज केल पाहिजे .
  3. Smoking and Drinking – धूम्रपान आणि मद्यप्राशन वर्ज केल पाहिजे
  4. Overeating – तुम्हाला जितका पचेल किंवा जाईल तितकच खा
  5. Avoid saunas or hot bath –  खूप गरम पाण्यामुळे pregnancy ला harm होऊ शकता तर शक्यतो हे वर्ज कारवाई
  6. Avoid Over exertion – खूप जास्त शरीरावर तणाव किव्हा उपवास करू नका . योग्य आराम घेणं प्रेग्नन्सीमध्ये खूप महत्वाचा असतो

What Is Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT)?

Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT), also termed as biventricular pacing, involves the use of a special kind of pacemaker known as a biventricular pacemaker – that works by sending small electrical impulses through the leads attached to it, in order to keep the right and left ventricles pumping together, called AV synchrony.
