आज Dr Mahesh Rokade – Consultant Nephrologist आपल्याला किडनीचे आजार ,लक्षणे, कारण आणि प्रतिबंध ( disorder of kidney). या बद्दल सविस्तर माहिती देणार आहेत. मूत्रपिंडाचा आजार वाढला की त्याचे दुखणे सामान्यांना त्रास देणारे असते. मूत्रपिंडाचा आजार हा मधुमेहासह, रक्तदाबाच्या आजाराच्या रुग्णांमध्ये आढळून येतो. मूत्रपिंडाचा आजार बळावला, तर मूत्रपिंड निकामी होण्याची भीती असते. मूत्रपिंडाचा आजार बळावण्यापूर्वी त्याच्या विविध लक्षणांचा गांभीर्याने विचार करणे गरजेचे आहे. त्यामध्ये अनेकदा काही लक्षणे दिसत असली, तरी रुग्ण त्याकडे दुर्लक्ष करतात. त्यामुळे आजार वाढल्यानंतर रुग्ण डॉक्टरांकडे उपचारासाठी येतात. त्याकरिता लक्षणे जाणून घेणे आवश्यक ठरते. तर kidney disease बद्दल जाणून घेऊया.
Kidney चा आजार म्हणजे काय ?
Kidney च प्राथमिक काम असत, शरीरातील दूषित पदार्थ लघवी वाटे बाहेर फेकणे . त्याचप्रमाणे kidney blood pressure च समतोल राखते . शरीरात जितके क्षार असते जसे जसे कि calcium, phosphrous अश्या पदार्थनाचा समतोल ठेवते . शरीरातील पाण्याचा समतोल kidney सांभाळते . Kidney च काम हळू हळू काही कारणामुळे कमी व्हायला लागत .
जसे कि diabetes आणि blood pressure , ह्या दोन आजारांमुळे १०० पैकी ७०% kidney चे आजार ह्या दोन रोगांमुळे होतात . ह्या आजारणामुळे kidney चे filters निकामी व्हायला लागतात त्यामुळे लघवी मधून protein leak व्हायला सुरु होत. आणि जसे हे filters आणि निकामी व्हायला लागतात तास kidney’च कार्य कमी होतं त्यामुळे रक्तातील दूषित पदार्थ वाढतात जसे कि urea , serum creatinine . त्यामुळे kidney चा आजार होतो . जेव्हा kidney चा आजार होतो तेव्हा बहुतेक वेळेला दोन्ही kidney affected असतात . Creatinine ची मात्रा दोन्ही किडनी निकामी झाल्यावरच होते .
किडनी च्या आजाराची लक्षणे
- सकाळी उठल्या उठल्या १५-२० मिनिटे डोळ्याखाली सूज जाणवणे.
- पायावरती सूज जाणवणे पण पुढे कायम स्वरूपी राहायला लागते.
- Blood pressure औषधे घेऊन पण high राहायला लागतो .
- भूक कमी लागणे
- Advance stages मध्ये उलट्या होणे .
- skin पांढरी पडणे , सतत खाजायला लागते .
- थकवा जाणवायला लागतो .
- थोडे patients असे हि असतात कि काहीही लक्षण येत नाही पण त्यांना फीट येते .
किडनी खराब होण्याची कारण
- Diabetes आणि Blood pressure शिवाय अशी अनेक कारणे आहेत ज्याने किडनी आजार होऊ शकतात.
- अनुवांशिक आजार जसे कि Polycystic kidney disease .
- Autoimmune diseases ज्यांचात आपलीच प्रतिकार शक्ती आपल्या विरोधात काम करते जैसे कि SLE जो स्त्रियांमध्ये अधिक आढळतो .
- Painkillers किव्हा वजन कमी करण्याची औषधे खाणे .
Kidney चा आजार हॊऊनये ह्या साठी काय केले पाहिजे ?
- ८-१२ ग्लास पाणी नियमित पणे प्यावे आणि किडनी fail करणारी औषधे न खाणे .
- ज्यांना kidney diseases च high-risk आहेत त्यांनी आपला blood sugar level नियंत्रित ठेवावे आणि high blood pressure असलेल्या patients ने आपला pressure नियमित तपासावे . Blood Pressure १३०/८० च्या खाली असले पाहिजे .
- Kidney stone च्या patients नि नियमित sonography केली पाहिजे आणि स्टोन मूत्र मार्गावर अडकू नये हे बघितला पाहिजे.

What Is Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT)?
Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT), also termed as biventricular pacing, involves the use of a special kind of pacemaker known as a biventricular pacemaker – that works by sending small electrical impulses through the leads attached to it, in order to keep the right and left ventricles pumping together, called AV synchrony.
