Dr. Tabrez Pathan is the Assistant General Manager of Operations at VishwaRaj Hospital, Pune, where he has been serving since April 2023. He played a vital role in managing hospital operations, having previously worked as the Manager of Medical Operations from March 2020 to March 2023. With extensive experience in emergency care, Dr. Pathan served as Assistant In-charge of the Emergency Room (ER) from 2017 to 2020, where he oversaw key organizational aspects, including human resource management, budget control, and compliance with quality standards. He was instrumental in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical care and streamlined Medico-Legal protocols.

Earlier in his medical career, Dr. Pathan worked as an ICU Registrar in various hospitals, delivering high-quality medical care and performing life-saving procedures. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Rajiv Gandhi University, Bangalore, where he graduated with first-class honors. He also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Emergency Medical Services (PGDEMS) at Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune.
