खुब्याच दुखणं का होतं ?
हे समजून घेणं फार महत्वाचं असतं कि खुब्याच दुखणं नेमकं कुठे आहे . ते खुब्या मध्ये आहे कि , खुब्याच्या अवती भवती आहे कि शरीराच्या दुसऱ्या भागाच्या होणाऱ्या आजारा मुळे खुब्यांचा त्रास होतोय . ह्या सर्व गोष्टी मुळे आजार समजायला सोप्पं जात.
खुब्याच्या आजाराची कारणे ?
- Infection– शरीरामध्ये infection असल ज्याला Septic arthritis असं म्हणतो तर त्याचा त्रास खुब्यामध्ये होण्याची शक्यता असते. tuberculosis असलेल्या patient मध्ये खुबा खराब होऊन त्यामुळे सुद्दा त्रास होऊ शकतो.
- Arthritis– ज्याला संधिवात असे म्हंटले जाते. तर Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Septic arthritis किव्हा Juvenile arthritis खुब्यांचं दुखणं होऊ शकत.
- Accident / injury : मार किव्हा दुखापत झाल्यामुळे पण खुब्यांचा त्रास होऊ शकतो.
- Unhealthy lifestyle: patient smoking करत असेल किव्हा steroids घेत असेल तर अश्या लोकांना खुब्याचा त्रास होतो.
- Labral tear : जे sportsman असतात , त्याच्यात खुब्याच्या आतल आवरण खराब होत आणि त्यामुळे patient ला labral tear होत आणि खुब्यांचा त्रास होतात.
- Cancer : जर patient ला lung , breast किव्हा prostate कॅन्सर आहे तर त्याचे जंतू खुब्यामध्ये जाऊन त्रास होऊ शकतो.
- तरुण वयामध्ये होणारे आजार म्हणजे osteomyelitis, perthes disease किव्हा slipped upper femoral epiphysis ह्या सर्व आजारांमुळे खुब्याचा त्रास होतो.
खुब्याच्या आजाराचे निदान
X-ray , blood tests , CRP , ESR , CT scan , ultrasound आणि MRI ह्या सर्व tests मुळे patients ला नेमका कश्यामुळे खुब्यांचा त्रास होतो हे जाणायला सोपं जातं.

i am suffering both hip joint pain from last 4 years. Doctors suggest me for Total Hip Replacement Surgery. But i dont want to surgery. Any other option for Hip Joint pain?
