Case Scenario

Patient had RTA with Head Injury in 2014. Underwent Craniotomy at another hospital. After 2-3 Months patient underwent Cranioplasty at another hospital.

Complaints

Patient was well for 3 years post operation and then started with –

Diagnostic Test

CT-Scan – Sunken Bone flap with ipsilateral, Left cerebral hemispheric atrophy.

Plan for Surgery

– Patient planned for removal of sunken flap with cranioplasty (3D Bone Flap)
– P.O.D 0 – (Shifted to ICU for Observation). P.O.D 1 – Shifted to ward

DAY 01 – Patient improvement in total power

– Patient vision improves totally
– Patient can stand and walk independently
– Clear Speech

DAY 02 – Physiotherapist Ambulated Patient

– Improvement & Movement
– Drain Removal Done

DAY 06 – Patient Shifted to all oral medication and discharged

Patient went home with complete recovery.
