खांद्याचे दुखणे याला frozen shoulder असेही म्हंटले जाते. तर जाणून घेऊया कि Frozen Shoulder म्हणजे काय ? आणि त्यावरचे व्यायाम .

Frozen Shoulder म्हणजे काय ? (What is Frozen shoulder ?)

फ्रोझन शोल्डरच्या समस्येमध्ये खांदे आखडतात, ताठ होतात. आणि त्यामुळे हालचाल केल्यास भयंकर दुखतात. ज्यांना Diabetes आहे , ज्यांना पडून दुखापत झाली आहे अश्या लोकांमध्ये खांद्याचे दुखणे हे बरेच राहते , जे काही महिन्या पासून ते वर्षा पर्यंत वाढत जाते. ज्याला कोणाला एका बाजूने दुखणं असेल तर ते दुसऱ्या बाजूलाही येऊ शकते. ह्या आजारामध्ये आपला हाथ पूर्ण पणे हलत नाही. आपण हाथ वरच्या , बाजूला , मागे हि घेऊ शकत नाही . त्यासोबत रात्री हे दुखणं जास्त होत. ह्यालाच आपण Frozen shoulder असें म्हणतो.

खांदा दुखी/फ्रोजन शोल्डर साठी व्यायाम: (Exercises for Frozen Shoulder)

  1. Simple Shoulder Movement
  2. टॉवेल स्ट्रेच: स्ट्रेचिंग एक्ससरसाईझ केल्याने स्नायूंची हालचाल वाढते. एक टॉवेल घ्या आणि एका हातात धरा. नंतर पाठीवरून घेऊन शोल्डर भोवती गुंडाळा. दुसऱ्या हाताने टॉवेल पकडा आणि सावकाश तो टॉवेल वर ओढा. यामुळे शोल्डरला समोरून आणि बाजूने हलकासा ताण मिळेल. असे दोन्ही बाजूने १० वेळा करा.
  3. Pendulum exercise : शोल्डर रिलॅक्स ठेऊन उभे राहा . जो खांदा दुखतो त्या हातात पाण्याने भरलेली बाटली किव्हा पेन्डूलम पकडा आणि कंबरेत थोड वाकून हाथ आणि आपली पेन्डूलम सारखा पुढे मागे फिरवा. तसेच बाजूला उजव्या डाव्या बाजूला फिरवा, त्याचप्रमाणे नंतर हाथ गोलाकार फिरवा असे दोन्ही बाजूने १० वेळा करा. हालचाल झाल्यामुळे दुखणे कमी होण्यास मदत होईल.
  4. Shoulder stress reliever exercise : दोन्ही हाथ सरळ पुढे घ्यावेत आणि कोपर मागच्या दिशेने press करायचेत . ह्याने खांदा मोकळा होतो आणि खांद्यांची ताकत वाढते.
  5. Shoulder stress reliever exercise using thera band : Thera band पायाच्या तळव्याला अडकवा आणि theraband ला हाथ मागच्या दिशेने ओढा. ह्या व्यायामाने खांद्यांची ताकत वाढते.

हे काही exercises केल्याने खांदा मोकळा होतो . हे exercises घरगुती उपाय म्हणून वापरता येतात. जर तुम्हाला खूप त्रास होत असेल तर orthopedic consultant किव्हा Physiotherapist कडून तपासणी करून त्यांच्याकडून एक्सससाईझ प्रोग्रॅम बनवून घ्यायला हवा.
