गरोदरपणात काय खावे (Exercise and Diet during pregnancy)
Pregnancy detect झाल्यानंतर होणाऱ्या आईने पाण्याची मात्र चांगली घेतली पाहिजे. भरपूर पाणी पिल्याने dehydration पण टाळत आणि Urinary Infections होत नाही. एकदाच भरपूर खाण्यापेक्षा , थोड्या थोड्या कालांतराने खाणं खा . आपल्या जेवणात भरपूर फळं , भाज्या , दुग्धजन्य पदार्थ, आणि ड्राय फ्रुटस चे सेवन करा. त्यासोबत तुमच्या gynaecologist ने prescribe केलेले follic acid , च्या गोळ्या घ्या. उपास कारण किव्हा उपाशी राहणं टाळा. आईला जे आवडत ते खा. Diet चांगल असल तर शरीरातलं iron चांगल राहत.
Pregnancy च्या वेळी होणाऱ्या आईने नियमित व्यायाम केला पाहिजे . नियमित व्यायामाने pregnancy सुखकर जाते. त्यासोबत walking , jogging , cycling केल्याने हि खूप फायदा होतो . त्याचसोबत होणाऱ्या आईने antenatal yoga किव्हा meditation केल पाहिजे . Exercises कुठलेही सुरु करण्याआधी आपल्या डॉक्टरांचा सल्ला घ्या.
तुम्हाला तुमचं कामं किव्हा Job सुरु ठेऊ शकता . अशावेळेला काम करताना दार २ तासा नंतर break घ्या आणि थोडं walk घ्या.

1. Nausea and Vomiting (vomiting in pregnancy): Pregnancy च्या पहिल्या तीन महिन्या मध्ये hormonal changes मुळे 3-4 महीने Nausea and Vomiting होते आणि हळू हळू ते कमी होत जाते। खुप nausea होत असेल तर डॉक्टर तुम्हाला vitamin B1-B6 च्या गोळ्या देतात , ज्याच्यामुळे nausea कमी होतो. समज सकाळी उठल्या उठल्या तुम्हाला nausea होत असेल तर सकाळी उठल्या उठल्या biscuits खा आणि उठल्या उठल्या चहा न पिता काहीतरी ड्राय खा . जर Nausea and Vomiting थांबत नसेल तर डॉक्टरांचा सल्ला घ्या .
२. Frequent Urination in pregnancy: ह्या वेळेला लघवीला सतत जाण्याची जाणीव होते .हे सुद्दा ३-४ महिन्या नंतर कमी होते . सारखं सारखं लघवी होईल ह्या भीतीने पाणी पिणे कमी करू नका.
३. minor acidity , backache हे फार सामान्य आहे , त्याच्यावर तुमचे डॉक्टर तुम्हाला वेळो वेळी सल्ला देत राहील.
