Varicose Veins म्हणजे काय?
Varicose Veins हा आपल्या पायांच्या नसांचा आजार आहे. आपल्या शरीरात २ प्रकार च्या रक्तवाहिन्या असतात. एक असते ते सुद्धा रक्त नेहतात आणि दुसरे नास अशुद्ध रक्त नेहतात. Varicose Veins म्हणजे पायाच्या अशुद्ध रक्तवाहिन्यांचा त्रास.
Varicose Veins ची लक्षणे काय असतात?
- पायामधे खास सुटणे.
- पायावरती सूज येणे.
- पायाच्या नासा मोठ्या होणे.
- पायाला जखम होणे आणि ते लवकर बरे न होणे.
- पाय काळे पडणे. Varicose Veins हा साधा आजार आहे.
हा आजार दोन्ही पुरुषांमध्ये आणि महिलांमध्ये दिसतो. हा आजार १८/२० वर्षांपासून ते ७०/७५ वर्षांच्या रुग्णांमध्ये दिसतो.
Varicose Veins साठी काय उपचार आहेत?
Varicose Veins चे २ प्रकार चे ट्रेंटमेंट्स आहेत –
औषध गोळ्या – हा उपचार तात्पुरता असतो कारण हा आजार औषध गोळ्यांनी पूर्ण बारा होत नाही. Varicose Veins च्या ट्रीटमेंट मोडलीटी मध्ये सर्वात गरजेचे म्हणजे stockings असते. Stockings घालणे खूप गरजेचे असते. (स्टोकिंग्स म्हणजे विशेष प्रकारचे सॉक्स असतात जे पंजापर्यंत ते मंडी पर्यंत असतात.)
शस्त्रक्रिया – शस्त्रक्रिया हा एक मात्र उपाय आहे. शस्त्रक्रिया मध्ये खूप प्रकार असतात. पाहिलं म्हणजे जुन्या प्रकारचे शस्त्रक्रिया ज्या मध्ये टाके लावले जातात. अत्याधुनिक शास्त्रीय मध्ये laser Surgery असते जे आपण बऱ्याच रुग्णांमध्ये वापरतो. Radiofrequency Ablation Surgery असते जी लेसर सारखीच असते. Cyaoacrylate Glue Therapy ज्यात laser च्या ऐवजी glue चा वापर केला जातो.

What Is Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT)?
Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT), also termed as biventricular pacing, involves the use of a special kind of pacemaker known as a biventricular pacemaker – that works by sending small electrical impulses through the leads attached to it, in order to keep the right and left ventricles pumping together, called AV synchrony. It is designed to help the ventricles contract normally and improve the heart’s rhythm and symptoms associated with arrhythmia or heart failure.
How Does A Biventricular Pacemaker Works?
The pacemaker is implanted just below the collarbone. There are three wires connected to the devices monitor that helps in detecting heart rate irregularities and in synchronizing the heart by emitting tiny pulses of electricity to correct them.
